It’s been a joy to have this plumbing company as part of my life. We’re incredibly fortunate to have a fantastic team working with us.

Let me introduce you to some key players:

• Mike Shoup: My first employee and our General Manager. He’s fully licensed and oversees bidding and training new employees, like Jay M., who also earned his plumbing license while working with us. That makes three licensed plumbers and counting!

  
  

• Cole Minton: Our Plumbing Manager and one of the best plumbers I’ve ever met. He’s set to sit for his license this year, and the whole team is cheering him on. Cole, you’ve got this! I’d bet we have the most licensed plumbers in one shop across Catawba, Caldwell, Burke, and Alexander Counties.

  
  

• Dacia Cress: Our Business Manager. Without her, our success would be just a shadow of what we are today. Talk about essential!

We’re a local business located off Hwy 70, and most of our employees hail from the area (I’m the odd one out, coming from the Pacific Northwest). We work as a cohesive team, enjoying what we do while maintaining high work integrity. We strive to take care of our employees and our community.
